THIS TO OUR GROWING LIST OF FRIENDS

This is a large mailing list.  It includes family, friends, business and political associates with whom we have worked, played, anguished and rejoiced over the years, plus some new friends.

One of them is Patrick Wuebker, who lives and works in a suburb of Sacramento.  He has an idea worth sharing. ---- reach him at pwuebker@msn.com

Patrick writes, "I am trying to get the ground root level support for my new organization called P.A.P.P.  (Parents Against Political Persuasion) which is a organization similar to that of our border patrol.  This would be a voluntary organization to monitor Public schools and what is being said and taught in these institutions.

"I've heard enough from our boys regarding what happens in these schools. They are public institutions supported by our tax dollars.  Most parents don't know truly what happens in these schools.

"If there is a constant presence, other than 90% liberal teachers,  there would be more pressure on teachers and faculty to behave.  Also it would set the stage to combat the NEA in the public eye to support the need for school vouchers.

"Recently our 12 year old was responding to his friends at school when he mentioned he was going to see the President.  Some of their comments included, 'I hate Bush,' and much more that I will not put in an email.

"I do believe many parents don't know the failures of schools and why they are failing.   I also believe their should be a presence in schools to challenge the common liberal propaganda.   We have seen signs of this success when information was leaked to the media.

"I do believe our youth and the institutions in which they are taught is the seed for either the success or failure of our great nation.  We must conserve and teach the true history of our country, or condemn it to repeat the failures of many great nations."

Patrick's organization could well become a clearing house for parents to share.  Contact Patrick with your ideas and support.  [Patrick Wuebker pwuebker@msn.com]
