When I signed up for this missions trip to Mexico I hadn't really thought about what it meant to go and "share" God with people. I learned what poverty means, and also what it means to have "enough." God spoke to me in so many ways that I can't summarize.
God showed me how to live and how to live for Him. I saw his love in a young Mexican boy named Anthony. Although I could barely understand him we connected and became good friends.
In the week we were there we built the foundation for a church in a neighborhood that needs God. I felt like we built a safe place for these people to go. You can't imagine what they live with until you see it. This trip changed my life and started a love for missions and renewed my love for God.
Thanks to everyone who prayed for me and gave money to help me go.
