Blurbs about the 4 R's

Not long after the days of the early Church, Humanism began to set the standard for education.  Man, as the center...God was outside the system, if He was there at all.  Or so they thought.  In the process of pushing God aside, they became futile in their thinking.

"Take God out of anything, and it dies."  --Ben Gilmore

The 4R process establishes a reasonable faith, thought out, tested.  The student comes to the conclusion through the process, and it remains with him because he has labored over it.

GACE, pg. 145, gives a description of how to 4R the subject of Reading.  There is also an introduction to the 4R process on pg. 4.

It took me awhile to understand that these 4 R's are intricately intertwined.  At first, I thought of them as separate entities, independent of each other.  They are, like 4 strands of a braid, the parts of the whole.

Every subject can be addressed using the 4R process.
