       7.  America's Providential History, put out by the Providence Foundation

       9.  A Guide for Learning and Teaching the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution (my children call this book "Steve", for short)

       This is a high school level text that walks you through the foundations for our Declaration, then examines the Declaration and the Constitution.  There is a test in the back that encourages the students to memorize, by subject, the Constitution.  It uses Common Sense, by Thomas Paine, as a supplement.
